Box Jumps Weekly Challenge (5 AUG – 10 AUG, 2013)

Challenge Description:
You have 20 seconds do as many reps Box Jumps (24/20) as you can. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 7 more times for a total of 8 sets. Your score is counted by total number of reps in 8 sets.

You must stand up at the top of each rep, hips fully extended. Failure to reach full extension will be “no-rep”!

Challenge Duration: 1 Week (5 AUG – 10 AUG, 2013)
Attempts: 1 (you get one shot at it!)
Penalty: No Penalty

Winners will be announced on Saturday, 10 AUG!

    I am visiting Wichita this week, Aug. 5th-9th. I would like to drop in a few times. I have been crossfitting for 1 year. My box is at Black Label Crossfit in Mount Washington Kentucky.

    I am just curious what would I need to do in order to come in. Thanks Brian Spencer

      Brian – did you have a time in mind you’d like to come in for a WOD? Just get in about 15-20 minutes ahead of time so you can fill out the waiver and talk with one of the coaches. We’d be happy to have you drop in!
