***CrossFit Open Registered Athletes***
Scores for each workout must be entered by YOU by 7:00PM every Monday! After your score is entered, we will validate it and you will see it on CrossFit Games page.
1. Open Workouts will be judged. You must have a judge keep score for you. You and your judge will sign a form provided by us. Make sure you get this turned into Deb so she can accurately validate your workout.
2. Because you are being judged, you will need to attend one of the following times: any Friday class, Saturday at 10:30am and Sunday at 2:00pm if needed.
3. You are required to do all workouts as RX, there is NO scaling. I know this may freak some of you out but hey, I couldn’t do double unders before 14.1 and ended up doing 60 of them! You may end up surprising yourself too!
4. You will be held to the standards posted by CrossFit HQ. It is your responsiblity to familiarize yourself with the standards expected for each workout. I highly recommend you look at all material and videos pertaining to the workout you are about to perform. Our coaches will go over the expectations too.
5. YOU are responsible for putting your score into the system by 7:00pm Mondays. Deb can only validate your score after you enter it.
6. Have fun with it! Tackle each workout as it comes and remember how far you have come to get to this point!!! You all are AMAZING!

CrossFit workouts are constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. What does that mean for you? You will squat, do push-ups, box jumps, lift barbells, jump rope, etc., etc. in many different combinations; giving it your all, being amazed that you were able to finish and even more astonished that you can’t wait to come back for more! No more boring fitness routines!

ON RAMP is required for all beginning CrossFitters. Next On Ramp starts Tuesday March 4th. Attending all 8 classes held on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS for the month is mandatory in order to give you the best start possible on your CrossFit journey.
Class time will be 5:30pm. Note: If 5:30pm fills up we will add a 7:00pm.
Reserve your spot by stopping by the gym to prepay the $50 fee and fill out the waiver.
Starting in July we will be having TWO Saturday morning WODS! We are growing people! Although we will no longer be able to offer a free Saturday workout, we hope you will be able to use one of these times for a day of your membership!
